Fulfillment Policy for Castle Host
This policy outlines the commitments and expectations between Castle Host and its business partners.

1. Service Delivery
Castle Host will provide services as outlined in the partnership agreement. Deliverables and timelines will be confirmed upfront. If delays occur due to factors beyond our control, new timelines will be discussed with the partner.
2. Responsibilities
2.1 Castle Host Responsibilities: Manage operations in accordance with agreed standards, ensuring timely service delivery and transparent communication.
2.2 Partner Responsibilities: Provide accurate and up-to-date property details, grant access and necessary permissions promptly, and communicate any changes that may impact the service.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt. Payments delayed beyond 30 days will incur a late fee of 5% per month. Late payments may also result in paused services until the issue is resolved.

4. Communication
Castle Host will respond to urgent requests within 24 hours. Urgent requests include issues that directly impact service delivery. Partners are encouraged to contact Castle Host via email or phone for a swift response.
5. Termination & Refund
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 14 days’ written notice. The partner reserves the right to terminate the agreement if Castle Host fails to deliver services as outlined in the initial agreement. Similarly, Castle Host may terminate the agreement if it determines that the partner is not a suitable fit for its services. All outstanding fees must be settled prior to termination. Please note that refunds will not be issued after the conclusion of trial periods or for completed paid service periods.
Trial periods refer to explicitly defined time frames in which services are offered on a trial basis, such as a 14-day free trial.
6. Liability
Castle Host's liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the partnership term. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.
7. Policy Updates
Castle Host reserves the right to update this policy. Partners will be notified of changes via email, and updates will also be published on our website. Changes will take effect 30 days after notification unless otherwise stated.
